Who We Are
Curious Things is a therapy practice for the misfits, the makers, and the people who’ve always felt a little too much or not enough. It’s for the ones who crave both safety and self-expression.
Here, therapy isn’t sterile or one-size-fits-all. It’s curious, creative, affirming, and built around the idea that you don’t need to be fixed, you need to be explored.
Meet the Team
Every clinician at Curious Things brings their own perspective, specialties, and way of connecting with clients, while sharing the same commitment to inclusive, identity-affirming, trauma-informed care. Our Beliefs
Therapy should feel like sitting with someone who’s genuinely curious about you — not like a cold, clinical checklist. We use an integrated approach that blends traditional talk therapy with Brainspotting, creative expression, and community-informed care.
At Curious Things, we always stand for:
-

Radical inclusivity
Every identity, every body, every neurotype and ability is welcome.
-

Authentic expression
You don’t need to shrink or mask, here. Whatever way you show up, you’re safe.
-

Creative Exploration
Healing doesn’t have to happen in straight lines or only through words.
-

Community & Connection
We foster connection so you can remember that you’re not alone.

More Than Therapy
Curious Things is growing into something bigger than a counseling practice.
Our vision has always been to create a place where healing feels human. A place where therapy exists alongside creativity, curiosity, and community. Where licensed clinicians, artists, educators, and facilitators can each contribute their own way of helping people reconnect with themselves.
Today, that looks like individual and relationship therapy.
Tomorrow, it grows into workshops, expressive arts experiences, community gatherings, and a collective of practitioners who believe healing isn't one-size-fits-all.
We're building this intentionally—one person, one conversation, and one curious thing at a time.
